Patch 749 — Freezemon include-exclude issue
Freezemon will fail to continue if include-exclude config file is missing.
This patch will make sure that freezemon will run and will include everything by default until it
gets a proper configuration file.

Fix: Freezemon isn't polling flex licenses properly and disabler has problems both with disabling
and freeing licenses.
Patch 727 — Fix for freezemon
Update for problem about conflicting pid numbers logged by freezemon. A process could have ended
without freezemon detecting it, and another process could get the same pid number, causing problems.

Revision 2: Fix for lmutil calling.
Patch 670 — Fixed the LicenseOptimizer to handle missing fields in lmstat output
Sometimes the lmstat output had the 'display' parameter missing,
which caused LicenseOptimizer not to disable that application.

The LicenseOptimizer with this patch will handle this.
