Freezemon will fail to continue if include-exclude config file is missing. This patch will make sure that freezemon will run and will include everything by default until it gets a proper configuration file. Fix: Freezemon isn't polling flex licenses properly and disabler has problems both with disabling and freeing licenses.
Update for problem about conflicting pid numbers logged by freezemon. A process could have ended without freezemon detecting it, and another process could get the same pid number, causing problems. Revision 2: Fix for lmutil calling.
Sometimes the lmstat output had the 'display' parameter missing, which caused LicenseOptimizer not to disable that application. The LicenseOptimizer with this patch will handle this.
