Description

General Description: 
Fix for long running client processes that consumes high memory usage.

Detailed Description:
The installation of this patch fixes the long running client processes that consumes high memory
usage. Binaries involved are openit_scheduler.exe, openit_usageanalyzer.exe, and openit_usint.exe.
Usagenalyzer and usint will now restart every midnight, while there are memory leaks fixed for
scheduler.

Patch 1316 — Fix for UsageAnalyzer Unknown Active Application
General Description: <<UNKNOWN>>Active application in UsageAnalyzer reports.

Detailed Description: 
Unknown active application shows up in Usage Analyzer reports. UsageAnalyzer doesn't support Fast
Usage Switching, in result UsageAnalyzer cannot determine the name of the active window and it will
use the default value <<UNKNOWN>>.  This patch will update the UsageAnalyzer binary to support Fast
User Switching.

Patch 1253 — Improve cpu usage issue in scheduler
This update should reduce the cpu usage of the scheduler binary and
also include an improvement for handling jobs running beyond timeout
limit.

The Scheduler stops when encountering a faulty job, this update will make sure that the Scheduler
continues to run for the remaining working jobs.

Installation

Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch.
Run install.exe to start installation.
Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked directory.

NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
