Patch 1334 — Fix for License Optimizer ( Standalone )
General Description: Excel and word files open with delay when an application is suspended.

Detailed Description:
There is a delay in opening excel and word files when an application is suspended either manually or
by LicenseOptimizer since they are using the /dde option. The installation of this patch makes
LicenseOptimizer change the registry to avoid /dde option in opening word and excel files.
Patch 1324 — Bug fix, new configurations, and logging improvements for License Optimizer
General Description: Fix for parsing license status having multiple versions per feature.

Detailed Description: Freezemonitor fails to parse lmstat formats that have multiple feature
versions causing incomplete license information. With incomplete license information, disabler fails
to remove the license.

General Description: Return-Command backup

Detailed Description: Added lmremove return command backup functionality. In case the first lmremove
command found in return-command.arguments fails to remove the license, the second lmremove command
found in return-command.arguments-backup will be used to remove the license. All of these can be
set in the freezemonitor configuration (freezemonitor.lm.flex.return-command. arguments-backup).

General Description: require-same-licenses

Detailed Description: Added new configuration, ‘require-same-licenses’. When set to ‘yes’, it
enables the disabler to check or require the same number of licenses used before resuming the
application. This can be added on cold.conf.

General Description: Improved log messages of Disabler.

Detailed Description: This patch improves openit_disabler log messages.
