Fixes a problem causing the logger to stop when clients are sending buggy messages in "hello server" and "do dist", containing characters of non-ascii type, or with ascii values less than 32 or greater than 127.
Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT server. Do the following as root: cd /tmp/patch ./patch.pl
