Description

Added a functionality in LicenseOptimizer, such that it checks for the availability of licenses
before resuming an application and gives a message to the user.

Patch 1146 — Fix LicenseOptimizer for method=log 
This patch re-implement fixes for the data output from ApplicationTracker/LicenseOptimizer
for handles that are using

  method=log

Previously the client would not detect and update output when inactive
application was activated again.

Installation

Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch.
Run install.exe to start installation.
Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the
unpacked patch directory.

NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
