Description

This update removes the the date ranges in output mapping files when they are
not needed. This also fixes a bug present when creating non-historic mapping files
using source data with history.

Installation

Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT host. Do the following as root:

	cd /tmp/patch
	./patch.pl
