license.exclude excludes all features even if there's only one product to exclude. This patch contains a fix on Licpoll to properly parse the file.
Licpoll did not handle that the same feature could occur in two vendor daemons in the same poll (i.e same lmstat output). Looping issue fixed, it avoids using too much CPU.
licpoll now supports RLM version 9. Licpoll has a fix related to the handling of multiple identical feature lines. The parameter "features-as-increments" didn't work correctly for FlexNet licenses configured using directories.
Unpack tar file in e.g /tmp/patch on the Open iT host. Do the following as root: cd /tmp/patch ./patch.pl
