This patch fixes the filters so they completely remove primetime values from the licpoll2 filters. Currently the filters resets just the output value but does not prevent the concurrent filter from comparing against primetime. This will cause errors in output if installation receives data from clients in multiple timezones. The olap-license-total-usage filter is also replaced with one that correctly handles product and feature mapping (but this also requires patch #680 to completely fix the problem). And some additional back-end updates to get correct average calculation.
