This patch updates license poller to fix the following:

- issue on getting the extended license expiry date for FlexLM
- crashing issue on token-based collection when the token cost of a feature is 0
- issue of licpoll failing to run in OS Linux 5

licpoll, licpoll.xml, licpoll.conf, ConfBuilder-la-auto.conf, logfilecollector-licpollcomplete.conf,
logfilecollector-licpollcomplete.xml and collect_license-licpollcomplete.oconf are updated.
collector-licpollcomplete.oconf renamed to collect_license-licpollcomplete.oconf

This patch updates licpoll to fix the issue where the data structure wasn't building for LM-X new
licstat version 3.32.

This patch includes the following:
- Fix for generating licpoll datatypes with unusual lmstat format
- Support for handling the collection of raw data

collect-license-licpollcomplete.oconf is renamed to collector-licpollcomplete.oconf.

This patch updates licpoll to fix issues on:
- missing features due to "\" character format in license file
- new feature format output of ls-dyna

This patch fixes: 

- license poller from collecting license status hourly
- license poller that is unable to collect usage for lmutil v11.14

Licpoll is updated.

This patch updates licpoll for Open iT License Poller to handle linger or borrowed license and
activated license entry.

This patch also fixes issues on:
- STI's inability to get the correct number of licenses and usage of features with same names
- Open iT License Poller application's inability to get the correct values if data contain space/s
and is not enclosed in double qoutation marks

This patch fixes:
- Open iT License Poller's handling of feature expiry in RLM, and SPLM
- Open iT License Poller's failure to handle PACKAGE supersede in Flex
- Open iT License Poller support for share=u attribute in RLM

openit_licpoll.exe is updated.

This patch fixes:
- License data collection for STI
- Double license count in License Monitor for LA-DYNA
