General Description: This patch contains client fixes for signature handling and fix for flexlogcollector. Detailed Description: There are several client binaries which contains outdated signature handling. Installing this patch updates: * Open iT Scheduler * Open iT LicenseOptimizer * Open iT Freeze Monitor * Open iT Flex Log Collector Note: Please ensure that the Server counterpart (patch 1421 and 2057 for Windows and Unix respectively) is installed. ------------------------- General Description: The fix for flexlogcollector makes it possible to start with a log file greater than 2GB, which would previously be skipped. Detailed Description: This patch updates Open iT Flexlogcollector binary and remove the log file size limit of 2GB. ------------------------- Revision 2: Added support for Solaris
General Description: Fixes the issue on generating a lot of log files Detailed Description: The scheduler generated a lot of log files that filled up the hard drive and brought down the license server, this is because new jobs won't run when DST is applied. This patch fixes this problem by making sure that the next run time calculates the jobs for future runs.
General Description: Support for new lmstat output of flex and support for wildcard feature version in feature line of cold.conf. Detailed Description: Freezemonitor failed to support the new lmstat output of flex. This patch adds support for the said output format(no version in usage line) of flex and also adds functionality to support wildcards in feature version at Freezemonitor cold.conf file.
This update should reduce the cpu usage of the scheduler binary and also include an improvement for handling jobs running beyond timeout limit.
