General Description: STI: update licpoll to handle the updated version of license status Flex: fixed bug on handling lmutil version command Detailed Description: *Licpoll is not able to generate output since SciTools has released a new license manager which produces a different license status output. The installation of this patch updates licpoll to handle the new and previous format of the license status. *The installation of this patch fixes the inability of Licpoll to run properly when lmutil version argument is not properly setup. This issue was encountered on autocollector.
General Description: Multiple Licpoll updates and bug fixes. Functionality: Licpoll improved the token data collection and Lmutil version is now handled in data collection FLEX, SelectiveFLEX and SimpleFLEX. -the output data of licpoll is now updated to handle token cost and token pool for token licenses. The output data format from licpoll has been modified and this patch requires that patch 930 is installed on the server. -the Lmutil version argument can be set by modifying Configurations\Components\Licpoll.xml and set argument_version. e.g. Licpoll.license-type.flex-sample.status-command.arguments_version ="-v Licpoll.license-type.selective-flex-sample.status-command.arguments_version ="-v Licpoll.license-type.simple-flex-sample.status-command.arguments_version ="-v Bugs: LS-DYNA has an issue with parsing the data that has QUEUED program information which results in licpoll crash when collecting LS-DYNA data. It is now fixed in this patch, the Licpoll parser for LS-DYNA is now updated to support queued programs information. DSLS can’t parse the checkout time correctly due to unsupported time format which results to incorrect values in the Reports and License Monitor. --Currently supported date formats are: -DD-MM-YYYY hh.mm.ss -DD-MM-YYYY hh:mm:ss ( 24 Hours Format ) -MM DD YYYY hh:mm:ss AM/PM ( 12 Hours Format ) -Supported Month names: English and Italian SPLM now handles no usage scenario in licpoll data collection.
Unpack the zip file anywhere on the machine to patch. Run install.exe to start installation. Once the patch has been installed, you may delete the unpacked directory. NOTE: The patch must be installed by a user with administrator rights.
