General Description: Scheduler Job for Collecting Autodesk Softwares registry key

Detailed Description:
This patch enables pollcollector to collect registry information regarding Autodesk applications
used for license tracking. Pollcollector will run another utility on Windows called reg.exe, which
is able to get registry information.

To turn the collection on, set the configuration:
For 32b: Configuration/scheduler/registry-key-collection.oconf:
root.scheduler.jobs.get-registry-key:openit.general.active.value=true
For 64b: Configuration/scheduler/registry-key-collection-64.oconf:
root.scheduler.jobs.get-registry-key-64:openit.general.active.value=true

Revision 2: Interval of data collection was changed from 2 minutes to 1 day. Autodesk software
registry key path is already specified.
