This patch fixes a crash that was occurring in AppUsage with module logging enabled. Also AppUsage will ignore System Idle Process(PID=0) and the System Process(PID=4) from now on. This is because AppUsage will not be able to get details about these system processes and it shows us as <<unknown>> in data files. In Japanese versions of Windows, AppUsage was unable to get application information for processes whose version information was localized. This patch will use the exe name without the suffix as the application name, if there version information is localized. Earlier smss.exe, csrss.exe, winlogon.exe, notepad.exe and any such operating system applications were all being reported as "MicrosoftR WindowsR Operating System" in Japanese version of windows.
